Camdi Restaurant has been serving authentic Chinese-Vietnamese style cuisine in the Dinkytown neighborhood north of the University of Minnesota Minneapolis campus for more than 20 years.  The founders, Camdi and Kiet Phan, both of Chinese descent, escaped Vietnam before the war and settled in Minnesota.  Luckily for all their happy customers over the past two decades, they brought all of their recipes with them.  Camdi also specializes in vegan and vegetarian dishes.
